• Is a customized FileMaker Pro database created to greatly simplify the task of generating statistics. Initially this project was designed for a Non-Profit organization. A great deal of research went into solving their specific problem. The result is a number of innovative techniques to present at any time all the statistics for any number of calls.
This basic version can be very useful for any company who may require to track statistics on the number and duration of calls, what the sex, age, and marital status of caller, and from which city he or she called from. Extremely easy to use, yet a very powerful, informative and time saving tool! No company which does tech support should be without this tool. The price includes 1 hour of free customization.
• It is also intented as a demonstration of my programming abilities in FileMaker Pro. If you are also a FileMaker Pro user, and want to do it yourself. I'll send you a step by step guide, along with the password for ‘Statistics Galore’ - for the very small fee of $20.00 US dollars. In no time at all you'll be creating wonderful statistics you never thought possible in FMP. - NB one project I worked on was over 950 fields WoW! Actually this is a new career direction for me. • This started off from an existing database at a non-profit organisation. They were entering all the information into FileMaker Pro, the only step left out, was calculating the actual percentages. These were done one by one, by hand!
